The best way to deal with child services is however they want you to. If they know nothing else, they know how to cover their butts. Don't waste precious energy trying to expose their big mistakes, just get your kids back.

So you broke the rules & went behind their backs for an unsupervised visit and are surprised they pulled the kids? Follow the rules, follow your case plan & get the kids back. Your wasting time & energy. They have had 5 complaints...that's 5 more than most of us get! you shouldn't be surprised they finally act on the hotline calls. Clearly your family has some problems.

They dont just snatch kids away...if a complaint has been filed..it gets investigated, if the investigation finds something then they act. You must comply with what they want to get your children back, if you do not have unsupervised visits..then you cant visit. If you feel like you have been wronged get a lawyer.
