I have been removed from the US to UK. I have received a 5 year ban and found inadmissible. Can I come back after that time on any visa?

Answer:
After the bar has been served, you are allowed to apply for a visa again. However, you will NEVER be able to get any non-immigrant visa to the United States again in this lifetime. The only way for you to ever set foot on US soil again is based on an approved I-130 petition from your immediate US citizen relative leading to an immigrant visa.

You would have to apply for a visa after that time and see if they granted it or not after the ban , but now you have been deported you are no long a valid cadidate for visa waiver, you have to obtain a visa before you travel.....and if you wished to marry you gf in the Uk then you have to apply for a visa to do that, she can't just arrive and you get married or she will be deported from the UK

They do not give 5 year bans its either a 3 year one a 10 year one or a lifetime one. No you will never get issued any NONE immigrant visa to the US again.

You can never enter on the visa waiver again. You must apply for a visa after 5 years. Whether they grant it depends on your situation at that time. If you are a successful banker or solicitor in London going for a business conference or week long holiday it might be possible. If you are working part time, don't have loads of money, etc, they will assume you will overstay again as you have nothing compelling you to return to the UK

you'll never be able to use visa waiver again. you can apply for a visa after your 5 years are up, but since we don't know why you were removed, no one can really say what your chances are for getting a visa in the future. probably not very good though.

None of the above. Also a 5 year ban is for 5 years but in reality you will not ever return.
