If I study in the US can I live there as a computer programmer?
-
So I want to go and live in the us when I'm older as a software engineer at google or something like that, but I live in uk. How could I study in America and live there? Thanks!

Answer:
NO........ just the same as the UK student visas are ONLY for studying and you can't remain afterwards to live/work, a student visa is NON immigration so doesn't help you at all you have to return back home and be careful about what courses you take in another country or you can also end up with a useless degree not suitable for your own country to find work and end up having to study further to convert ( shouldn't be an issue with computer programming)
