    If you mean "beginner" as in "beginner photographer", then the answer is "none". Beginner photographers generally don't sell photos because they are beginner photographers and their photos are rubbish. If you mean "beginner" as in "an experienced photographer who wants to begin selling their photos", then you could set up your own site using Zenfolio or Smugmug and set your own prices. The downside of this is that you have to make people aware of the site. If you use something like Dreamstime as mentioned, then you get more views, but your photos are just some among millions. (As a slight aside, I'm suspicious of Dreamstime. I sent them a photo taken with one of the highest resolving cameras on the market, shot in RAW at base ISO and processed as a quality 12 JPEG, and they rejected it saying it was technically insufficient. I presume they're more interested in iPhone pictures of cakes).

Shutterstock will get you the best prices, but its difficult to get your photos accepted there. They have to be perfectly clear, no noise, no intellectual property etc. You can join pixoto.com and sell your photos there too. I haven't sold any pics there yet though. Keep in mind, there are thousands of people putting pics up every day and you will need to have top rated photos to be able to sell them, so I hope your pics are good.
