Why does my canon dslr always make a copy of a default orange flower image along with every photo in windows photo gallery?

Answer:
Set camera to shoot to JPEG (JPG) only. It seems you don't need RAW anyway.

Haha yeah like Jeff said, I had this issue in my early days of photography. On the top LCD I put the setting to Raw fine as opposed to just RAW because raw fine somehow sounded better but then I came to realise it was taking Raw's as well as Jpgs which were the 'fine' part. RAW's can't be viewed in most softwares so won't be recognized by your computer which is what would give the default orange flower, go into your camera's settings and go into image quality or whatnot and change the image to simply jpg fine or raw.
