How do I animate manga from my computer?

Is drawing a real manga better on computer or on paper?

  Since you like drawing on the computer, I would suggest definitely just drawing on the computer. I find that I can't draw digital art as well as traditional, so I do a lot with a pencil and paper, but if you don't see a huge difference, then digital is preferred. Simply put, digital can be much faster, easier, and (usually) better quality, and if you enjoy it more, go with the computer. Good luck!:D
