If they are moving around all the time, that is a sign of stress. Newly acquired BPs should not be handled until they have been acclimatized, and you know they are feeding. I know its difficult. I struggled to stay away from mine, when I got him as a baby. Have you tried feeding yet, and do u know if its taking live/prekilled/FT mice/rats? For now, I would avoid handling, make sure he has at least 2 hide boxes, and see if hes ready to feed yet. There are lots of techniques to start getting them feeding, but you need to know what they were previously eating. Let me know how it goes.
