How To Watch Hbo Go For Free?

Does HBO Go keep any sort of record or notify you about what you watch?

    My step father ran his own local video tape rental store many years ago before BlockBuster and others took over. There was a law that made it illegal for rental stores to provide a history of tape rentals. Some Congressman was renting porn and when he was up for re-election, the other side got a list of his rentals and tried to use it against him. He was re-elected and passed a law making it illegal for rental stores to keep these records. Laws are often way way behind technology but I suspect to avoid legal problems that streaming sites may not provide history to anybody besides the customer. When I get emails from Amazon about books or shows - it always says "Based on your interest, others would recommend ..." without going into details about what I have watched or purchased in the past. I suspect HBO Go (since it is a "all you can eat" type of service) does not provide per-show lists of your activity.

Sort of, all TV provider do so.................this is how they can say 4.3 million devices watched "game of thrones" each week. HBO-Go views are included in these numbers, but I don't think you can request a list of what and when you watched.
