How to supply broadband internet with coaxial cable?

Why can't Internet providers put cable lines where I live so we can get broadband internet?

It isn't all that simple. Installing cable involves a lot of legal considerations. The company that owns the train yard has to have insurance in case someone is injured. The state has to get involved to make sure there are no environmental concerns. There may be existing lines along the most common route that need considered. Also it costs a lot of money and the company has to determine whether there are enough houses that may subscribe to even make it worth it. Remember that cable TV is brought not by the government but by companies and they will only move forward if the demand makes it worth it (old supply and demand thing). Although Sat TV may not be to your perfect liking, it'll get the job done until cable comes along.
