The DNS server isn't responding; Windows cannot communicate with the device or resource (Primary DNS server)?

I'd like to suggest using 8.8.4.4 as the primary DNS server address and 8.8.8.8 as the secondary server address.  These are Google's public-access DNS servers which are virtually always up.
