Here is the download for the manual and driver software Just select your operating system and download If the download does not start automatically Just select your operating system and download the drivers and save them to your desktop Turn the printer on Disconnect the usb cable and do not reconnect it until prompted on the screen to do so Open up the download, and select run Now, just follow the screen prompts to finish

Something you might want to do before you uninstall and reinstall is power cycling the network. Power cycling is just a fancy term for turning something off and back on. Make sure to turn everything on the network off, including the router. Make sure each device is completely off and not in stand-by mode. Turn the router back on first, and wait 1-2 minutes for it to become stable before you turn any other device on. Once everything is back on, see if the Mac and iPad will see the printer. If that doesn't work, then move on to the uninstall and reinstall.
