    Have you configured the BIOS for the proper video type? Do you get BIOS error beeps? http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm If the MB has onboard video, remove the video card and connect the monitor to the MB. Reboot, you should see the standard VGA BIOS screens on the monitor. If not, then it will require further troubleshooting. Possible problems, defective or incompatible monitor, bad VGA cable, bad MB, bad memory (shared for video). I am thinking maybe something to do with the cable connecting the monitor with them PC. Try using a HDMI cable and if it doesn't work use that one cable that screws in.
