looks fine to me except the gpu is gonna get gimped in bandwidth by the h81 pci 2.0 in a nut shell the card wont perform to its max though id also suggest a i5 processor as well to get the most out the card but the biggest factor is pci 2.0 as this cant be upgraded later on change it to any of the following pci 3.0 board chipsets b85 if your not inteading to overclock h87 mild occing with some boards z87 if intending to occ

That's a good and compatible gaming PC for $700 new. I wouldn't pay more than $750 new for it, and I wouldn't pay more than $350 for it used.
