Sorry, but it is not possible to do either of those things for you to play modern games such as Watch Dog. For the memory, you get what you have on the iGPU, and the iGPU performance also depends on your RAM speed. As of now you cannot just add a GPU to your laptop. Best thing is to build your own PC and look at the minimum specification requirements for Watch Dog.
