Can you send an email to multiple people and have the message say each person's specific name?
-
I wanted to send an email to multiple people using either Outlook.com or Gmail.com and have the email say "Dear [recipient name]" or something like that. How can I do this?
-
Answer:
In the mail program, in the "To" area, select the "BCC" (Blind Carbon Copy); then list all of the contacts you want to get the mail. It will send each person the letter, but only their name will be in the "To" field. All the other names are not seen by them.
