How do i make my computer recognize the modifications of pictures made on my iphone?

When I save pictures directly from my iphone (4s) to my computer some of those pictures will show turned on my computer,i guess because my pc (it's a windows 7) doesn't ...show more

In iphone photos if you made some modification, they 'll save on a different file name (Same file overwrite if change the option on phone). It's not a problem. 1. After you connect your iphone to the computer, a removable drive with iphone logo is open. But this particular drive is write protected. You can't modify a photo from this drive. **You have to modify a photo from your iphone and save as a new file.**
