  Not specifically what you are looking for but you may be able to adjust. 1: Format the column to date format 2; enter = Now() in the first cell of the column e.g. C3 3: in the next cell enter =C3+1 4: Drag the entry down the page This will give you concurrent dates for each cell Problem: the original cell changes automatically each day so Istead of a formula just enter the date in the first cell. In any cell you could change the +1 to +5 for example Every cell below that would increment to the new level Likewise you could enter a minus figure -4 Again every cell below that entry would automatically adjust
