this assumes E is always 2 letters and that you are trying to match those 2 letters with the 2 letters at the end of A so if E1 contains es and A3 ends in .es the nit should match put this in B1 and copy down =VLOOKUP(RIGHT(A1,2),$E:$F,2,FALSE)
