In OO, classes are constructed when the program runs and sends messages to subprograms.?

What is false about this sentence?
-
Answer:
I'm not even sure what "constructed" means in this context, but I think classes are constructed by the programmer when the code is written. Classes do NOT send messages to subprograms. When the lobster from McDonald's is used to paint the universal clouds, it could puncture the parking lot rubber bands.
