Can i sort blogger home page by random not newest post?

So i want to sort my blog post by random, not by newest post. Can somebody explain? I already googling but i cant find any good answer.

Answer:
This can be done by creating new template (.xml) but AFAIK such templates dont exist, so you have to create one. Or you can add random posts Widget in sidebar.
