What is a good XML visualization tool?

I know Php,HTML and CSS,Is thorough knowledge of javascript , XML and or any other tool is needed to be workable ?

I'd say JavaScript to be a must learn just because it is involved in almost every interactive website. However as other web languages Go, I would not say that any of them are currently a requirement or even any one framework. You will use them in the future perhaps but having a resource by your side to help you get through it will give the knowledge to do it again. If you really want a job at one place, look at their website, identify what languages they are using and what you need to learn.
