Why don't I have the animation button on photoshop cs6?

Okay so on the drop down button on windows, animation isn't an option like I had on photoshop cs5. And I have cs6 extended so that isn't the case. What do I do?

It's called Timeline. You can also change the Workspace to Motion in the same menu.
