What stations can you watch online using your cable tv provider?

Your question is a little strange because if you are online you are by definition NOT using your cable TV provider. The online option of watching is usually between you and the source (ESPN, HBO, etc.) and takes your CATV service out of the loop. Your CATV company really, really does not want you to do much of this because it goes around them. For example: If you sign up with HuluPlus - you can watch many current season shows - but you are NOT watching the entire CATV channels that carry the show. (Many shows are just available on hulu.com without a subscription.) Some of the channels like ABC.COM let you watch their shows on line. You just have to put up with an annoying commercial or two. DishNetwork uses the Sling technology so I could log in from work and watch anything I have recorded from home on my DVR, or watch any of the channels I subscribe to. It sounds like you might be trying to "cut the cable". Do a google search for "cut the cable" to find sites that will tell you how to get a lot of content without a CATV subscription. Hope this helps.
