How to connect USB Speaker to HDMI TV using RCA cable?

    Not going to work.USB ports in TV's are not like USB ports in computer equipment. If your TV doesn't have RCA audio outputs, then you can't use RCA cables. If your TV is less than 3 years old, your TV's only sound output is likely to be optical. You need an audio solution with an optical input.

Simple: you can't. A bit more complex: you need to put a computer inbetween that takes the analogue audio from the RCA outputs on the TV as inputs, digitized the signal and forwards the audio to the USB speakers. Theoretically possible, but immensly impractical. If all you've got are analogue RCA outputs, stick to analogue amplified speakers.
