Reoccuring white spots on top and sides of LCD TV?

I have had this 46" RCA TV for a few years now, and it gets these white spots on the outside plastic that appear to be some kind of water spots or something. They wipe right off ...show more

If the "wet cloth" is wet with water, stop doing that. Use a plastic cleaner or polish.

Try cleaning the frame with a plastic polish, or even just a common car wax. There is a strong chance it is a defect in the manufacture that is appearing years later.
