How will i know if i need a outdoor antenna for hdtv?

I need a good indoor antenna HDTV the image keep on freezing anybody know please?

  There are no "good" indoor antennas. The best you can do is luck out and buy one that isn't quite as worthless as something else. All indoor antennas are a poor compromise for a real TV antenna, which is the kind you see on a mast over someone's roof.
