If you're using a TV antenna, you need to get a digital tuner. Plug the antenna into the tuner, and then connect the tuner to the TV. Use the remote for the tuner to go to those channels. If you're using cable TV, you must use a cable box. Most cable companies have started scrambling all of their cable channels so you must use one of their cable boxes. Like the tuner, you'll use the cable box's remote, not your TV remote, to go to those channels.
