Will a 2005 chevy Malibu newer body style v6 3500 engine fit in a 2004 pontiac aztek 3400 v6?

    NOPE!!! Like skippy said, it doesnt quite work like that anymore on these computer controlled engines. Way too many modifications has to be done, not worth the money nor the headaches to do it It has to be the exact same LITER size engine in order for it to work & it has to be within a certain year range as well since if you venture too far outside the years, the sensor design will be different & not compatible with your vehicle nor work & some have even changed shape enough where they are not swappable either
