Where will the next earthquake be and its magnitude?

When there is a magnitude 10+ earthquake in California will it be followed by a mass evacuation of survivors to other states?

I hope not. I would fight off those Californians if they tried to come to my state and I would not allow them to destroy it as they have their own. The only good thing happened in Cal was that Prop 8, and it was stopped by a liberals activist and gay judge, who abused his power by refusing to recuse himself from the case. I would advise California's neighbors to prepare for such an invasion, and I would stop them at your border. Please don't forget to attach your bayonets.
