    Depending upon the amount of credits you have, they may still look at your HS gpa, as well as SAT scores. And like everyone else said, it depends on the program. If you're applying for business school the minimum GPA is a 3.00. If you are a transfer Nursing, I've seen transfers with 4.00 be rejected from Nursing and placed into Arts and Sciences School, since preference is given to current Rutgers students. The Camden campus is much less selective than the Rutgers campuses in New Brunswick and Newark. You should make it. But bear in mind that it's a much smaller campus with fewer majors and programs and less campus life. Have you looked into Temple, just across the river in Philly? That may meet your needs better.
