There are 10 daily Van Galder buses from Madison to Janesville. There is also an intercity bus from Madison to S. Beloit. Van Galder does not however make its stop at MSN airport. It picks up near the university at 800 University AV...get a taxi. The buses are scheduled between 2:20 am and 6 pm. Call the bus company for more information: 800 747-7407 800 747-0994

The Beloit college web site says there is no public transportation from the Madison airport to Beloit, so rent a car if you can, or take an expensive 60 mile taxi ride. You're better off flying to Chicago, since there is a direct bus from O'Hare to Beloit.
