The rates for USPS to Puerto Rico are the same as to the next state from you. If you use the Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes, the largest one is about $17, the small box about $7. If it is light weight, First Class is even cheaper.. For any small liquid, double zip lock bag it before you box it. Perfume is very likely to leak.

Use a USPS flat rate box -- if it fits, it ships at the flat rate box. If it's only a bottle of perfume, it will probably fit in the smallest box that mails for a little more than $5, if memory serves.
