Here is your problem. You must get a verified job contract of one year or more to apply for a work permit before entering Sweden. You can only get this if you have an advanced degree in an in demand field and great work experience and for 90 percent of those jobs be fluent in Swedish. Why would someone go through all the trouble of sponsoring a work visa when they can hire an unemployed Swede and receive government assistance which will pay 85 percent of their wages making you 6 times more expensive to employ?
