What are the best places in Frankfurt?

Travelling to Frankfurt > Holland > switzerland ... Must see places ?

    Frankfurt has an old part that is worth visiting, you will find places to eat and drink there (good memories.) And if you or your camera likes modern architecture, Frankfurt has a good selection. Luxembourg is small but I love it, specially the area called Small Switzerland in the north east, say around Echternach, http://www.mullerthal.lu/en has some photos and further information. In the Netherlands you will find a completely different landscape, flat with impressive skies. In all of the area you will find charming villages, but you will have to leave the motorways to find them. From Frankfurt the Netherlands and Switzerland are on opposite directions, I have been in Switzerland but not often enough to advice you locations. Basel was much to my liking, might be yours as well, or might not be what you want at all. You can not go wrong in the Alps, as far as I have seen.
