Are you trying to say that out of work Canadians do not know how to write good quality resume? Your question has at least two errors in it. Your English needs a little work. Proof read your resume.

The job market are definitely still badly, I'm afraid. Not much are the good jobs in Canada, even more not much for the non-citizens of the country. The jobs in Canada are first and foremost only given to the citizens, and only if none of the Canadian residents qualify will the jobs be going to the people from other lands. But here is the problem for you: Two thousand Canadian residents already applied for that job you want, and you have to be 100% more qualificated than all of them to get it.

High quality resume doesn't mean much. It's what the skills you have and education you have that counts. I could have a resume that says I'm the former president of the USA, but there isn't much call in Canada for ex presidents.
