I'm assuming that you were in competition? Anyways did you use ANY energy drink Or caffeine?? I really doubt that because of your age but it might be a problem as caffeine causes leg cramps. If you didn't drink anything whatsoever you should make sure to be hydrated ,bananas were right step cause they contain potassium, also magnesium are good for your problem too, foods like spinach, cabbage, lettuce, broccoli are best sources Gd luck
