If you are arrested, put in jail, and someone pays to bail you out. then in a trial they find that there was no reson to arrest you, will you get your bail money back?

no, when you put up bail, your only putting up 10% of the actual amount of bail. that is the bondsmans fee for making sure they make it to court. they don't give it back.
