But I'll give you a general idea of how most places work: Disciplinary procedures will be undertaken initially to address the issue. Following a certain amount of warnings/disciplinary hearings, if the policies are not followed, you will be dismissed. Legal action may be taken but again this is dependent on your employer and their policies. This entire answer is dependent on your contract of employment. There is normally policy and procedure documents available to read. Ask the employer to give you copies of all these documents and then read/assess them yourself. Do not state a purpose other than curiosity. You are entitled to see them as of right.
