  There is no one rule fits all . A single man can move about looking for work but it is not so easy for a married man with a house and kids . If there is work somewhere and the single man will not go then the dole should cease but if there is no possibility of a married man getting work within say 100 miles of his home he should be helped to move . I am thinking of a small town where the main work has gone overseas Most workers want work and just because they do not have a degree is not a reason to think they are lazy
