As far as I know, yes. MAKE SURE TO SAY "THIS CLIP IS FROM NBC NEWS TODAY SHOW" I'm not 100% sure, but I think you should be fine, as long as you are not taking credit for the clip, so note it is from NBC news Today show Good luck!
