I have an oak bedroom set which i find very boring ,I would like to hang a wall paper to make the bedroom more elegant,the problem is that the bed has slatted headboard,so I can not ...show more

I'm thinking you think the wallpaper will look bad showing thru the slats? If you think it will, you could always cover the back of the headboard with a fabric so the area between the slats doesn't show the wallpaper. Just a thought. Good luck.

Damask would work just fine with the slatted headboard! As long as you don't do any striped wallpaper or extremely bold geometric patterned wallpaper, the slatted bed shouldn't be a problem.
