How to hang silk fabric poster?

• I'm wondering how to hang my poster I recently purchased I don't want to frame it. But I don't wanna damge it badly. Can I use staples or tacs?

  Fasten one end to a piece of dowel, or maybe a length of bamboo if that looks better than a dowel, then hang the dowel on the wall. Without seeing the poster it's hard to say exactly what is the best way of fastening it to the dowel. You may be able to staple it, which does put staple holes in the fabric but only at the very edge, and if the fabric is always going to be hanging anyway then you may never need to remove the staples. If you're going to do that, I would recommend buying some fusible tape to iron onto the edge that will be stapled, which will reinforce it a little and make it less likely to tear or stretch. If there is enough of a border on the fabric, you could sew a hem and put the dowel through the hem. If it's very very light fabric you might be able to use double-sided tape, though you run the risk of that tape never really coming off the fabric again, and tape doesn't always hold well on fabric.
