    Wow! I like them both. I'm a hiring manager so I'll give you my honest opinion. The dress, even though it's awesome, is not usually the best choice for interviews. In the photo, it looks like you are bare legged and you would need to wear pantyhose if you go with the dress. I love your stilettos! I know you aren't crazy about the pant suit but it looks super professional and is the better choice for an interview. It's perfect. The blazer, blouse and the long flared dress slacks are perfect. I could not see the bottoms of them or your shoes but I think you should wear the same stilettos as with the dress and your pants need to be long enough to graze the floor over your pumps. You look fab! :-)
