What happens to your body when you don't eat?

I havent eaten in 2 days? What happens if i dont eat for 3 more days?

  • I never eat for 2 days only drank water. I thought it was bad but it actually is not. I havent fainted only felt dizzy and tierd. What happens if i dont eat for another 3 days???

    Listen here hunny, you know how cars need fuel to work? Well, basically food is fuel to your body and that is mainly gives you energy, if you dont eat you won't be able to do your daily routine, etc. Also, if you don't eat you'll slowly start to die. Anyway what's the point in not eating? If it's weight related not eating actually doesnt help for you to loose weight as theres nothing to burn.

Kids in Africa are forced to go weeks without food because there is none. You my friend should eat if it's available to you. If it's an weight issue than go on a diet but don't starve yourself. Please. My friend went down that road and she could've died. So please don't starve yourself

You will die without food within one to three weeks depending on your weight and how much water you drink. There have been cases of people lasting as long as 2 months or so but if you plan on killing yourself by not eating you would be better to not drink either as dehydration will be what puts you into a coma.
