How can I treat my itchy feet?

Feet are constantly wet. How to treat the side effects? (dry itchy skin)?

  You need something to help keep you dry. I used to bathe my dog and I kept a big black trash bag, like you use to put leaves in. I cut a hole for my head and two arm holes. It kept me a whole lot dryer but I didn't stand around in water all day so you probably need something like a raincoat that could come down past the boots. The brain can figure it out if you just think about it.
