Just excessive swelling is not an indication of.allergies, merely a sensitivity to venom. If you experience swelling about the face, mouth, throat,or eyes, you likely have alergies to most venomous bites and stings. Bees, wasps, hornets are common, and possibly ants, spiders, and centipedes. If you are allergic, carrying an epi pen is a good idea.
