  This is all the research I've done throughout the years I wish I can help everyone individually but I can't ok here's the list of stuff of life and acne Go to a derm- I hate derms and docs in general cuz they don't care about your situation but they do know what they are talking about 2. environmental testing done 6 don't stress stay relaxed 7 paleo diet 8 probiotic ( that does not contain magnesium stearate and titanium dioxide),Multivitamin, omega 3 supplement, zinc supplement 9 sleep 8 hours a night 10 DONT touch face unless washed 11 when you get out of the shower don't dry face with towel, and if your going to put a lotion(Cerave moisturizer not cream) on face wash hands right before with soap and gently put the lotion on face, very slowly 12 clean room 13 when your in the shower and washing hair try to only push head back and wash hair not face 14 don't wash your face in shower, it's ok if it gets on your face by accident but don't do it directly, it'll only dry it out 15 don't eat sugar 16 don't eat anything frozen or junk food 17 don't pop pimples at all it's not hard to do 18 don't shave face, buy wahl trimmer called peanut, I have sensitive skin and anyways the creams and stuff are not good for face 19 don't drink or smoke 20 take a shower with warm was a miracle, I was just like any other teenager not believing in god and saying I didn't need him etc Well after high school and before attending the university of Rhode Island I got this really bad allergy out of nowhere where my face was swollen and I had hives all over my face and there was cuts all over my mouth and eyes, it was a horrible experience, I went 9 months like this, I missed two semesters, months of prednisone, and a lot of disappointment with doctors because they don't care about people, going all the way to boston and other places just for them to say they don't know what it is, why didn't they tell their neighboring allergists or derms, I lost weight,the itching every single night was the worst thing I've ever gone through id scratch myself till it bled, I wouldn't have wished it on my worst enemy, eating food with no flavor or seasoning because we thought it was food, oatmeal with water and no sugar...it doesn't matter anymore because it's over, we'll anyways the Friday that just passed I went to a church that my moms friend recommended, first time going to church and they tell me how god cures sicknesses and don't worry you'll get your life back etc. they prayed on me and told me to believe, believe and at this point I was at my lowest I've ever been because we still didn't know what was causing it, so Saturday rolls in and my girlfriend of a year and 7 months leaves me because I wasn't the same person, I was never happy anymore and of course anyone in my position would've been the same way, your face is destroyed it's hives all over your face is redness and cuts, we'll anyways yea she left me and Saturday was the worst day of my life, I actually cried, I had to let it out, well it's Saturday night and I remember a week and a half before Saturday I was getting better for like 3 days and then it came back and I remember saying to my grandmother the only different thing I did was take singulair, this is where god did his work, the only reason I didn't have singulair those 3 days is because my prescription ran out, and usually I give the Walgreens the prescription and they tell me to come back for it in an hour and that's it, so when I came back to get my medicine they told me they didn't have it and that it was in another pharmacy, this was the first time this has ever happened to me and I'm 18 and have been taking allergy meds for a long time, so it took 3 days for them to finally get the singulair and I took it that night and I was itching again and I woke up bad again, but I thought it was the food so I cut out garlic so let's fast forward to the Saturday night that just passed, I suddenly remembered that I got better those 3 days so I decided not to take it, and ever since then I've been good thank you god!! I'm so grateful and happy I got my life back again I can't believe it's a miracle, if it wasn't for the pharmacy not filling in the prescription and having that issue there is still be soooo depressed, I want everyone to truly believe that anything is possible, that's what they told me and I'm here healthy and happy again, I only went to church once and that's what happened, and since this happened to me I want to help everyone with their problems because i know what it is to go through something terrible and have the docs brush you off, plzzz believe in god he will save you he's real!!
