  my friend use to be really bad with his sinusis, to took drugs, sprays, painkillers and even suffered from 2 day migraine type headaches. in the end he was sent to e.n.t. specialist at the hospital. who found polyps in his nose which he removed. this did improve the problem although he later returned for more to be removed and [don't cringe] he made the back of his nostil wider. yes very painful but it did get rid of most of his problems. they don't know what courses these problems, but I can only tell you if the problem gets that bad at least after the surgery he now only occasionally has a twinge and coupled with hayfever he can cope with it.
