    If you are concerned...always call you doctor. But..it sounds like you are having heart burn..not a heart attack. Given your age (and resent test results)...it's unlikely that you would be having pain from a heart problem (unless you were born or have a history). Heart burn symptoms do give you chest pain (and back pain) and is worse while lying down or after eating and lying down. Especially since you had gas...I'd say that that is probably what it was. Try some good ole tums and see if it improves.

Could be anything from acid reflux, anxiety, muscle strain, asthma, etc. Chest pain doesn't mean it has anything to do with your heart. Lots of other organs there that could be the issue.
