You may want to check with your doctor, because that doesn't sound like it's still from lactose in the antibiotic. Antibiotics can lead to diarrhea for other reasons- they destroy the good bacteria in the gut as well as the bacteria that they are supposed to go after. Sometimes, this creates an imbalance and causes diarrhea- you may need some probiotics to remedy this. If it's really severe (20 times a day six days after stopping sounds pretty severe!), it may even be something like a c.diff infection, which is often triggered by antibiotics, and that will need to be treated.
